I hope your 2026 is off to a great start as we wait for Spring!
At New Eve we have welcomed the February 3 birth of A’mani. He was 8lbs. 7oz., and he is our 53rd birth! Every one of them is a gift from God, and we are thankful.
Our two homes are full with seven mothers and 13 children. They are thankful that you are keeping them safe and warm. Would you like to help them as a housemother, mentor, or babysitter? Our Director Christina Müller and her Assistant Director Dianne Barkey and our dedicated volunteers can always use some help. Please contact Christina Müller ([email protected]) if you would like to step out in faith for the mothers and children.
We are also excited to announce that CCAP of Winchester has asked us to partner with them in a gala fundraising dinner. The “Evening of Enchantment” will be June 18, 2026 in the elegant George Washington Hotel Ballroom in Winchester. We will be postponing our lu’au that we told you about earlier, so please stay tuned. Please save the date, June 11 to be amazed by illusionist Vick and to help two amazing local non-profits that are saving and changing lives every day. We will be opening the ticket sales window very soon. Right now we are asking for some sponsors for the event. Here are the sponsorship levels and their perks:
